Repeat Prescriptions

pills_and_cardiogramIf you require regular medication please allow 24 hours(excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) before collecting it.

You may request your prescription by either calling at reception, by sending us a stamped, addressed envelope, by telephoning, or directly through this website.  If you do not have a username and password, contact the practice to register for SystmOnline.  To register, you will need to attend in person and produce identification.

If you do phone, please do not call before 11:00 as the telephones are particularly busy before then.

Some local chemists will collect your prescription and dispense it for you.  Please ask at reception for more details.

Repeat prescriptions will need periodic review by either of the GPs or the practice nurse and you will be given guidance on this.  Please do not ask the receptionist for prescriptions that you do not receive regularly and understand that she is unable to authorise them.
